This bank doesn't want your business. One lady didn't care if you close your account or not. She was so rude that she just ignore you while you try to get some service. All she saying was that she can't do anything.
When I used to do deposits with this TD Bank, it was never a fun experience. Some staff were friendly, while some seemed genuinely ticked off but noticeably trying to put a smile on. I'm pretty happy next door at Chase, frankly.
Worst relationship I ever had. No chance to give "NO STAR" in the review. Its a pathetic experience I had with TD. Good bye.
I was there yesterday and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the drive thru. There were no other cars here and the light was green. No one ever waited on me. It was at 4:20 pm. I then went inside and waited for a teller. I was first in line. The 2 other tellers had customers and they both were chatting and having a good time. I waited for almost another 15 minutes until I said something that I was dissatisfied. Now there were 6 other customers behind me. Now someone else comes to assist. It is like this all the time here and we are losing are patience with this bank. Please improve or we will use another bank!
The people are friendly, but not very motivated or quick. But I haven't been to any bank recently that was, so it seems to be normal. Was better when they bad the coin counting machine (penny arcade), but even that used to steal money from us.
